Dream Bigger! 7 dynamic Bible verses to help you believe God for greater things

As a Christian, you well know that you will suffer hardships and endure harrowing, character-building trials. But that’s not all God has for you.
John 10:10 promises that Jesus came to give you abundant life. Therefore, you should expect to receive a harvest of blessings, favor, and good things. Even though you know this, it isn’t always easy to stay positive when facing trouble, chaos, and setbacks.
During the most tumultuous seasons, it’s tough not to slip into a pattern of negative thinking brought on by disappointments and seemingly never-ending pain. Yet, God doesn’t want you to mope around feeling bad and expecting the worst. Instead, He wants you to believe Him for amazing things!
If you, like so many others, are struggling in your faith and need motivation to dream bigger and expect better, here are 7 Scriptures EEW Magazine Online recommends. As you read them, internalize them, and believe what they say, these words of life will lift you out of that mental and spiritual funk and elevate your expectations.
#1 Prepare for a greater harvest. “Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.” (Isaiah 61:7)
#2 Expect God to move you forward. “The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.” (Deuteronomy 28:13)
#3 Anticipate a reward for fervent prayer. “But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” (Matthew 6:6)
#4 Believe to achieve success. “You will succeed in whatever you choose to do, and light will shine on the road ahead of you.” (Job 22:28 NLT)
#5 Hope for manifestation. “Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this.” (Psalm 37:4-5)
#6 Get ready to elevate.“He lifts the poor from the dust and the needy from the garbage dump.” (Psalm 113:7 NLT)
#7 Await divine deliverance. “This poor man called, and the LORD heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles.” (Psalm 34:6)
Since you know that Jesus intercedes and intervenes in the affairs of your life, you can confidently prepare for bigger and better things. It’s only a matter of time before what you’re believing for manifests. So, dream bigger, and God will do greater!
