Circumstances may not be perfect and several things may be going wrong at this moment, but you still have plenty of reasons to bless the name of the Lord.

When you need something to spark a praise on the inside, these 5 Scriptures will remind you of why God is worthy of all glory and honor, and cause your soul to cry out, hallelujah!

Psalm 100:4-5: “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and bless His name. For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.”

Psalm 150:2: “Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness!”

Deuteronomy 10:21: “He is the one you praise; he is your God, who performed for you those great and awesome wonders you saw with your own eyes.”

Isaiah 12:5: “Sing to the Lord, for he has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world.”

Hebrews 12:28: “Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.”

When you need a reason to lift your hands and stand in awe of God, these verses will get you going. So go ahead and get your praise on, because Psalm 33:1 says it’s always “comely,” or befitting for the righteous to praise the Lord.
