Michael Woodard, we’re going to let you finish but… Ms. Yolanda Adams rocked the stage on American Idol.

When the 56-year-old GRAMMY® Award-winning gospel vocalist sang a duet of “What The World Needs Now” with the Top 5 former contestant on the May 21st finale, more than the veteran singer’s pants suit shined.

While both of the gifted singers’ voices blended well together, the strength of Adams’ big voice stole the spotlight, as her passion and anointing took things to the next level. Woodard didn’t mind her overpowering presence and seemed absolutely thrilled to be singing alongside the gospel legend.
