BUFFALO, NY (EEW Magazine Online) —Bishop Joseph Brinson Sr., beloved father of Empowering Everyday Women Ministries founder Dianna Hobbs, has gone home to be with the Lord. The ministry team announced that Bishop Brinson transitioned on Wednesday morning, July 2, 2025.

A devoted servant of Christ, Bishop Brinson dedicated his life to ministry, sharing the Gospel and demonstrating God’s love through compassion and purpose.

As Mrs. Hobbs grieves this profound loss, she is comforted by the truth of 2 Corinthians 5:8 (CEV): “We should be cheerful, because we would rather leave these bodies and be at home with the Lord.”

On behalf of Mrs. Hobbs and the entire family, the ministry team asks for continued prayers and support. Additional details will be shared as they become available.
